What is your return policy on electronics and pedals?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your sound, you can return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or store credit.
Do instruments come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new electronics, guitars, and hardware sold through The Guitar Institute include the full original manufacturer's warranty, in addition to our one-year technical support guarantee.
Do you offer international shipping?

Are the guitars set up before they are shipped?
Absolutely. Our in-house luthiers perform a professional setup on every instrument, including intonation checks and action adjustments, so your guitar is ready to play right out of the box.
