If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or refund to keep your music moving.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective foam, to ensure it remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Institute

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
